ABOUT US
Co-founder and President of the firm. His sole mission is to ensure the delivery of quality work product, at good value, to the company's clients. He has over 16 years of experience providing expert environmental, hazardous waste management, compliance, and testing services. His technical expertise includes site investigation and remediation; petroleum storage tank management; and regulatory compliance auditing, including developing and implementing Environmental Management Systems. Prior to founding the firm, Bill served as Associate Vice President for an ENR Top 150 Engineering Firm, where he managed three regional offices, approximately 35 staff, and gross revenues of over $5.5 million. As a hands-on business leader, he has been the Project Director for hundreds of environmental assessments, investigations, remedial actions, and compliance projects.
Principal Engineer and Technical Director for the company. Bob has a diverse engineering background spanning more than 20 years of professional experience. He maintains technical expertise in the areas of hazardous waste minimization and management; site assessment, remedial design and risk-based closure; storage tanks; wastewater disposal; system operation, environmental construction; hazardous materials; and regulatory compliance. He has served as primary technical lead for multi-million dollar, multi-year environmental restoration programs for the US Navy and US Air Force, and as Program Manager for an A/E contract with the US Coast Guard. Bob oversees the technical execution of the company's work to ensure technical accuracy and defensibility.
Has over 20 years of direct and detailed experience in the performance, management, and review of human health and ecological risk assessments. Her experience includes performing baseline risk assessments; developing risk-based remediation objectives; developing data quality objectives in support of risk assessment data needs; fate and transport exposure modeling; negotiating with regulatory agencies; and providing expert testimony. Cyndee has performed risk assessments under numerous federal and state programs, and has contributed to the development of risk assessment guidance or standards at the federal level and in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Co-founder and Vice President of Wilcox & Barton, Inc. He manages company resources and oversees day-to-day operations of the company to ensure clients needs and objectives are being met. Prior to co-founding the firm with Bill Wilcox, Russ was Regional Manager for an ENR Top 150 Engineering Firm. He has over 15 years experience in the environmental consulting industry, including assessment, investigation and remediation of hazardous materials; underground storage tank design, installation, and management; and environmental construction.
Senior Project Director for Wilcox & Barton, Inc. She has extensive experience managing hazardous waste site investigation and remediation projects both nationally and internationally; environmental property transfer issues; environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulatory compliance projects; and environmental project management. Carol is a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional, and is an active member and former President of the LSP Association. She has over 25 years of experience as an environmental scientist, and has managed numerous complex federal- and state-regulated (Superfund, RCRA, and MCP) hazardous waste investigation and remediation projects nationwide.
