Wilcox & Barton, Inc. is pleased to announce James P. Ricker, P.G. as Vice President and Manager of Environmental Services throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Jim has nearly 30 years of professional experience, most recently with Nobis Engineering, Inc. as the Director of State and Municipal Services. Prior to that, he served as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager at Weston Solutions, where he worked for more than 22 years.

As a senior member of the management team, Jim joins Wilcox & Barton, Inc. at a time of significant company growth. He will be responsible for business development and project management throughout the Northeast, with a specific focus on northern New England. “Jim’s vast knowledge of municipal, brownfields, petroleum, and State Agency market sectors makes him a valuable asset to the company,” says Bill Wilcox, President and Principal Geologist. “We are really excited to have him join our team. He brings years of strong client relationships to our organization and will have an immediate impact on broadening our professional network, growing revenue, and providing senior leadership to the staff in the New Hampshire office.”
