Description of Job Opening
Wilcox & Barton, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to support our environmental team in New Hampshire! Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience. Wilcox & Barton, Inc. currently manages more than 100 contaminated sites in New Hampshire.
As a Project Manager, you will spend approximately 20% of time in the field and 80% office. That ratio will vary based on workload and client needs.
Project Managers will:
- Manage environmental projects and develop proposals, scopes of work and budgets; coordinate and manage teams of environmental professionals and subcontractors.
- Implement assessment and remediation scopes of work; collect environmental samples, oversee environmental contractors and project staff.
- Evaluate data, develop findings and recommendations; prepare technical reports.
- Interact with senior leadership, staff, clients, regulators, and contractors.
Wilcox & Barton, Inc. supports a work from home/anywhere business model. We plan to relocate to our new corporate office in downtown Concord, New Hampshire in early 2023.
Skills: We seek intelligent, pro-active, energetic, and dynamic self‑starters with great communication skills and a comprehensive knowledge MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with GIS and AutoCAD a plus. Candidates should have or be working towards professional licensure (Professional Engineer, NH Professional Geologist, or MA LSP).
Required Work Experience
We are building a strong and diversified team with varying levels of experience. We will consider all applicants with a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Earth Science, and 3-8 years of experience.
