Paul is a Senior Project Manager, technical lead for all Wilcox & Barton, Inc. hazardous materials projects, and trusted advisor for the company’s environmental and civil work.  With nearly 35 years’ experience, Paul has completed massive multimillion dollar projects with multi-disciplined design teams from Florida to Maine. He is a licensed Asbestos Inspector and Project Designer in seven states. He has guided and executed ASTM Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in support of real estate transactions as well as preliminary and comprehensive response actions pursuant to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. Paul has designed and supervised the installation of remediation systems, sewer connection/extensions, storm water conveyance systems, Title V septic systems, floor drains and oil/water separators, and the installation and removal of underground storage tank and aboveground storage tank systems. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
