Erin directs the Wilcox & Barton, Inc. civil engineering practice in New Hampshire, building and managing teams to deliver high-quality, individually-tailored solutions to the most complex and interesting civil engineering challenges.  Her expertise allows Wilcox & Barton, Inc. to deliver civil engineering services to our environmental clients at the same level of performance that they’ve come to expect from the firm.  Her considerable experience as lead engineer and Project Manager on large commercial and institutional projects elevates our service line to a new level.  Erin also shapes the Wilcox & Barton, Inc. culture through her role as VP of People & Culture. She communicates the company’s mission and core values, connecting with employees, and understanding what makes them “tick.” 

Erin is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire and a LEED Accredited Professional with nearly 25 years of professional experience.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
