Cynthia is a Senior Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in land development, stormwater management, Low Impact Design, site permitting, and project management. She leads projects from concept to construction and her excellent communication skills help her successfully navigate increasingly complex Local, State and Federal permitting environments. Cynthia excels in collaboration with other design professionals, and she consistently creates innovative designs that synergize with the surrounding neighborhoods. She received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in NH, MA and VT.
