Alan is a senior technical leader at Wilcox & Barton, Inc., drives our technical training programs, and is a technical reviewer for every type of project including site assessments, remedial designs, risk-based site closures, and environmental compliance. With nearly 20 years of experience, he guides clients through the intricacies of varying and ever-changing state and federal environmental regulations with an intense focus on maintaining regulatory compliance. As a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Alan also leads our stormwater monitoring and permitting practice at construction and development projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Florida.
