The Wilcox & Barton, Inc. Tank Testing Division provides storage tank tightness testing and compliance services to oil companies, service stations and state agencies throughout New England and New York.
In 2002, the Division implemented a master-tracking database of storage tanks that includes, among other proprietary features, regulatory dates for over thousands storage tanks. The database serves as an added-level of security that the W&B Tank Testing Division, not only has the technical skills to inspect and test storage tanks, but that they also feel compelled to help management compliance as well.
The Tank Testing Group is lead by industry expert Harold “Skip” Deragon. To schedule a tank test or, so that you won’t miss another compliance date, to add your tanks to our confidential tracking database, please call Skip at (508) 381-0745.
The Utility Compliance Group provides a comprehensive and unique approach to managing Utility company compliance. Wilcox & Barton field staff, environmental inspectors and trainers visit Utility companies routinely to proactively check for compliance-related issues. Using a custom, secure and propriety regulatory and event-tracking compliance management database, W&B is able to offer not only the environmental and Health and Safety compliance service, but a management and reporting tool that leads the industry in ease of use, sophistication and comprehensive.
For a demonstration of this management tool and to discuss W&B’s comprehensive compliance service, please contact William Wilcox directly at (802) 496-4747.
Wilcox & Barton, Inc. provides comprehensive human health and environmental risk assessment consulting services to a national client base. We have years of hands-on experience in assessing different contaminants and site types, from simple urban-fill properties to more complicated commercial and industrial contaminated sites. We have prepared risk assessments for various federal and state regulatory programs, with extensive experience in Massachusetts Contingency Plan risk characterizations. Our risk assessments are technically sound and presented clearly and concisely. As expected, our risk assessments fully meet regulatory requirements, but can also identify options for addressing site conditions, such as the use of targeted remediation, engineered controls, or land use restrictions. Our risk assessors work with other project professionals to develop site investigation scopes, allowing us to target the problem and identify the appropriate solution cost-effectively.
This Specialty Group is lead by Ms. Cynthia Fuller. Ms. Fuller has over eighteen years of risk assessment experience. As the Senior Risk Assessor, Ms. Fuller oversees all risk assessment activities for the firm. Please contact Cynthia directly at (401) 323-9571.
