No two doors are alike at the Wilcox & Barton, Inc. offices speckled throughout the New England landscape and Hawaii. The majority of staff work from home balancing their work and personal priorities. Attracting employees who represent their professions with pride who enjoy their personal lives has built a company over the past 15 years with an eclectic mix of personalities. All who work hard and play hard. Avid outdoor enthusiasts, runners, mountain bikers, soccer players, BBQ competitors, golfers, gardeners, skiers, rock heads… the list of hobbies and family activities goes on and on. There is never a dull moment and always something new to learn.

There are countless debates on the pros and cons of virtual offices for the employee and the employer. The vintage office in Moretown, Vermont reflects the time honored tradition of valuing quality start to finish and from the inside out.
