An excellent opportunity for a practice leader in New Hampshire In this role, you will organize, staff, and grow our New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts civil engineering and site design practice. You will be the primary client contact, generate new business opportunities, develop and pursue leads, write proposals, secure contracts, and manage the growth of this business practice. After the sale, you will stay involved to guarantee that we exceed client expectations and meet schedules and budgets. Oversee Project Managers in the execution of excellent engineering, site design, water/wastewater, permitting, and infrastructure work. You will set the bar for quality and performance, reporting directly to the owners of the business.
